We started our company because the experience we were seeing in the field was not the experience that a lot of people wanted. We always send 2 Inspectors to each inspection. This allows us to save you time but also allows you to have multiple licensed professionals reviewing the property. We make sure our inspectors overlap portions of the house they are reviewing to ensure both inspectors are viewing the whole property, not just parts of it. Our inspectors are licensed and continually train to keep their knowledge up to date. Our company is focused on helping you understand what we are seeing and answering the questions you have.

Short Notice Inspections LLC is a Family owned Home Inspection company whose goal is to help you understand the safety and functionality of the house you have us inspect. Our Team is licensed and stays up to date on education requirements. We believe that a Home Inspection is a vital service to home buyers and current owners.
Our core philosophy is to be Accurate, Customer Focused and Educational with each inspection. We are focused on making the home inspection experience as stress free as possible. Everything can be fixed; we are just going to help you determine what needs to be and who you should call.
Our philosophy also goes into how we give you our report. You will receive a digital copy that you can view online or download to review as a PDF. It is written in easy to understand language with the details you want front and center. We provide details on where specific defects are located, to make it as easy as possible for you to work with someone and show them where exactly any area of repair is needed. We offer ancillary services such as Radon, Water Quality, Well tests as well as Pool and Shed Inspections. Our Inspection team always has an FAA licensed sUAV (drone) pilot with them, so we try to give a drone inspection whenever possible as our standard, for no extra charge.
